As Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you will join the Earnings Excellence Finance Data Analytics team to lead the development of advanced analytics strategies. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end visibility into Driver Earnings and Disbursements by developing dashboards to monitor KPIs and providing optimization support for finance, tax, and compliance functions. Your daily work involves turning unclear business problems into practical analytics solutions, leading data quality and governance efforts, and coordinating UAT for Spark Driver initiatives. You will utilize SQL, Python, BigQuery, and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI to automate reporting and provide leadership-ready insights. This role solves complex operational problems by standardizing metrics and providing data-backed recommendations to support regulatory needs and improve overall operational performance across the network.
Lead analytics and reporting across Driver Earnings, Disbursements, Finance Operations, Tax, Controls, and Compliance.
Develop and standardize Metrics That Matter reporting for leadership, operations, compliance, and risk visibility.
Lead data quality, governance, and metric standardization efforts across the organization.
Turn unclear business problems into practical analytics solutions and scalable reporting.
Lead and coordinate UAT for Spark Driver initiatives in partnership with business, product, and tech teams.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and leadership-ready insights for incidents, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
Reduce manual reporting through automation and the creation of reusable data.
Mentor team members and promote analytics best practices across the organization.
What we're looking for
Meet one of the following: a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in data analysis/science/statistics, a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience.
Possess 1 year of supervisory experience.
Have experience in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, operations, or a related field.
Demonstrate strong SQL, Python, BigQuery, and dashboarding skills using Tableau or Power BI.
Show a strong understanding of data quality, governance, and KPI standardization.
Possess strong communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
Have experience mentoring analysts or guiding teams on analytics best practices.
Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce (preferred).
