What you'll do

Lead and manage a high-performing Solutions Engineering team specializing in data, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.
Serve as the primary technical representative and advisor for the platform to executive stakeholders across Apple.
Manage the full customer journey from initial architecture design through production adoption of data and AI solutions.
Architect complex systems involving LLMs, Generative AI, agentic systems, and large-scale analytics workloads.
Solve technical challenges regarding integration, scalability, reliability, and performance in collaboration with engineering teams.
Convert recurring customer needs into reference architectures, automated tools, and reusable platform capabilities.
Translate customer feedback and adoption blockers into actionable priorities for the product engineering roadmap.
Recruit, mentor, and develop senior technical talent to foster a culture of excellence and ownership.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML technologies.
5+ years of engineering management experience.
Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern data and AI platforms.
Experience architecting and productionizing large-scale data, ML, Generative AI, LLM, or agentic workloads.
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to solve complex technical problems and drive production adoption.
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills for representing technology organizations to senior executives.
Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop senior technical talent.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
