Engineering Program Manager, Analytics Data Engineering, Commerce & Billings

What you'll do

• Coordinate the data engineering track to create and enhance data pipelines for Subscriptions and Billings.
• Track concurrent projects involving scope, requirements, timelines, roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate engineering sprint cycles and manage project plans for multiple cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, QA, and Information Security teams to build and manage data products.
• Drive complex, cross-functional project plans independently from initiation to completion.
• Deliver high-quality datasets and analytical outcomes in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
• Present project updates and communicate technical requirements to all levels of the organization.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of project management experience in a large-scale data engineering or analytics environment.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience driving cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and modern data engineering concepts.
• BS in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering majors (preferred) or relevant industry experience.
• Data analytics experience with business acumen and data comprehension.
• Experience with commerce, subscriptions, and/or customer lifecycle data ecosystems (preferred).
• Program management in big data engineering (preferred).
