What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of complex data engineering projects from initial intake and assessment through delivery.
Define project scope, gather requirements, and develop technical designs and solutions.
Create detailed project timelines and execution plans for cross-functional teams.
Report project status and progress to executive leadership audiences.
Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, QA, and Security teams to deliver marketing domain projects.
Navigate high levels of ambiguity to ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Drive conversations with analytics stakeholders to align on technical requirements and goals.
Ensure all data engineering initiatives comply with strict privacy and security standards.

What we're looking for

5+ years of technical project or program management experience or equivalent experience.
Understanding of agile project management methodologies, including Sprints and scrum.
Experience in program management for data analytics, big data engineering, or software development.
Strong facilitation skills to drive complex, cross-functional, and comprehensive project plans.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills for all levels of an organization.
Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering major preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with digital marketing technologies, automation, analytics, and big data tools (preferred).
Leadership and gravitas to drive conversations with analytics stakeholders (preferred).
