Senior End to End Product Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform deep technical analysis and define test cases for new vehicle features and experiences.
• Develop and execute automated tests to improve software quality and efficiency.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific features while providing architectural guidance across teams.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization.
• Ensure all software solutions are secure, scalable, and adhere to established coding standards.
• Track and manage technical tasks and defects through Jira.
• Align technical strategies with business goals by partnering with product and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize customer experience improvements for assigned features.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Six years of experience as a Software Validation Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation (required with a Bachelor's degree).
• Four years of experience as a Software Validation Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation (required with a Master's degree).
• Four years of experience in bench and in-vehicle testing, including interpreting vehicle architectures.
• Four years of experience writing automation code to run on bench and in-vehicle systems.
• Four years of experience building and integrating vehicle benches from scratch, including making wire harnesses and power supplies.
• Four years of experience in project management, debugging, issue resolution, and launching features with a focus on quality testing.
