What you'll do

Design and execute multi-platform test strategies for mobile, desktop, and web environments.
Create comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, automated scripts, risk assessments, and bug reports.
Automate features and maximize regression coverage across modern web and mobile platforms.
Mentor junior Quality Engineers in QA methodologies, automation design patterns, and debugging strategies.
Validate quality across complex, multi-agentic modules and non-deterministic edge cases.
Perform backend debugging using Unix/Linux command-line tools and SQL for data validation.
Execute API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured to ensure system integrity.

What we're looking for

7+ years of relevant experience in software quality engineering, software development, or test automation.
Expertise in QA methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and short-cycle software releases.
Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites for sanity, boundary, negative, concurrency, and compatibility scenarios.
Proven experience in mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms on real devices and simulators/emulators.
Experience with Windows application and cross-browser testing across various OS versions and hardware configurations.
Experience managing device farms or cloud-based device platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or AWS Device Farm.
Technical proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line environments for log analysis and backend debugging.
Proficiency with SQL for database querying and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
