Senior EHR Data Integration Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to translate clinical and departmental workflows into technical specifications.
• Design, build, and optimize sophisticated EHR data extracts using SQL, Epic Clarity, or Cerner CCL.
• Develop and refine data models and extract logic to support analytics and operational use cases.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines.
• Lead validation efforts to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of extracted EHR data.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and establish repeatable validation frameworks.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices for the consulting team.

What we're looking for

• 5 years of experience in an informatics-related role within a healthcare institution.
• Deep understanding of radiology and procedural workflows.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational database architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with EHR software, data management systems, and clinical information databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Epic experience including Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles, Reporting Workbench, or Cogito tools (preferred).
• Cerner experience including CCL, Discern, or HealtheIntent (considered).
