What you'll do

Lead Physician Track implementation activities for Acute Solutions from discovery through deployment.
Perform hands-on configuration and build for clinical content, including PowerPlans, MPages, and Dynamic Documentation.
Partner with clinical stakeholders to validate workflows for patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Drive testing activities including unit, system, and integrated testing defect triage and remediation.
Develop and maintain project artifacts such as requirements, design decisions, and test scripts.
Translate clinical and operational requirements into functional system designs and builds.
Provide technical support and issue resolution through the go-live phase.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
5+ years of Oracle Health EHR / Cerner Millennium implementations, specifically Physician Track – Acute Solutions (preferred).
Experience with multi-facility acute care implementations (preferred).
Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows such as ED, ICU, perioperative, med/surg (preferred).
Experience with change management and designing systems with the end user in mind (preferred).
Strong configuration and build skills including PowerPlans, Orders, Medication Reconciliation, MPages, Dynamic Documentation, Provider Positions, and Security (preferred).
Ability to travel approximately 25% (preferred).
