Define the 3-5 year North Star vision for how customers plan, purchase, and receive everyday essentials.
Develop AI-enabled planning and personalization capabilities to anticipate household needs and purchasing patterns.
Build new customer propositions for recurring purchases, subscriptions, bundles, and other emerging shopping models.
Operate as a General Manager to move digital concepts from initial validation through business case development to full-scale execution.
Connect shopping experiences with fulfillment networks to improve availability, speed, convenience, and reliability.
Prioritize investments based on customer impact and measure success through adoption, retention, and incremental GMV.
Align cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and customer obsession.
What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 9 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
4 years of supervisory experience.
Proven experience defining bold customer visions and transforming them into scalable digital products or businesses.
Experience in high-frequency, replenishment, grocery, household, or convenience-oriented shopping journeys (preferred).
Strong understanding of digital commerce, consumer behavior, AI, personalization, and predictive technologies.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership to influence senior executives and align diverse teams across business, product, technology, and supply chain.
Master’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
