What you'll do

  • Define the long-term North Star vision for style-led digital shopping over the next 3–5 years.
  • Launch end-to-end digital shopping experiences that move beyond competitive parity to establish Walmart as a destination for inspiration.
  • Evaluate emerging customer behaviors, market trends, and new technologies to identify next-generation shopping opportunities.
  • Operate as a General Manager to move digital capabilities from initial concept through validation and scalable execution.
  • Develop AI-enabled, personalized, and immersive shopping capabilities to redefine how customers engage with the brand.
  • Prioritize investments based on customer impact and business value, measuring success through engagement and incremental Style GMV.
  • Prepare and scale successful digital innovations for adoption across Walmart's broader eCommerce organizations.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and customer obsession.

What we're looking for

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
  • Option 2: 9 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
  • 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience defining bold customer visions and transforming them into scalable digital products, businesses, or customer experiences.
  • Experience in style or inspiration-led businesses.
  • Demonstrated success operating in highly ambiguous environments to identify emerging needs and build businesses from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce, consumer behavior, AI, personalization, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills to influence senior executives and align diverse teams.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Master’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
  • Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
