What you'll do

Manage a $29 billion capital investment portfolio including project schedules, cost tracking, and executive reporting.
Oversee construction quality control to ensure all activities meet design specifications and industry standards.
Identify critical path risks and develop mitigation plans for large-scale data center projects.
Coordinate long-lead procurement, supply chain logistics, and manufacturing readiness for infrastructure components.
Manage contract negotiations and performance for external vendors, contractors, and colocation providers.
Lead the startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects to ensure operational readiness.
Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
Monitor key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, cost variance, and safety trends.

What we're looking for

13+ years of experience in project controls, portfolio management, program management, construction delivery, supply chain, or operational governance.
7+ years of experience in leadership and people management, specifically managing managers of managers.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, mission-critical, industrial, or manufacturing programs.
Strong understanding of integrated schedules, cost tracking, risk management, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Ability to coordinate supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and material readiness with project execution needs.
Strong leadership, executive communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to project sites, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
Master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
Experience in hyperscale data center delivery or mission-critical construction (preferred).
Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar tools (preferred).
Background in TPM, project controls, supply chain integration, or industrialized construction (preferred).
Experience with prefab, modular construction, OSA, manufacturing coordination, or logistics planning (preferred).
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, CCP, PSP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar (preferred).
