IT Portfolio Manager, Security

What you'll do

• Manage a high-impact portfolio of cybersecurity programs and projects to ensure enterprise-wide cyber resilience.
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and toolsets for effective project management and staff training.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cross-departmental initiatives to align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with the Project Intake Team to evaluate new requests and provide go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
• Provide oversight to program managers to ensure quality assurance and adherence to established standards.
• Manage all aspects of change control and risk oversight for the technology portfolio.
• Develop and present portfolio health, risk, and performance reports to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Manage capital and operational project budgets while providing comprehensive overviews to department directors and sponsors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operational management to optimize day-to-day processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to implement organizational development strategies to improve engagement and manage change.
• Knowledge of financial operations and management for financial oversight.
• Ability to lead teams, build positive working relationships, and collaborate with others.
• Technical proficiency in office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
