What you'll do

  • Manage Investment Review Board processes to provide executive recommendations for multi-million dollar investment decisions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Ratings Technology and enterprise stakeholders to align cross-portfolio dependencies with corporate goals.
  • Establish governance protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce operational risk across reporting frameworks.
  • Translate complex technical and financial data into strategic narratives for C-suite and senior leadership communication.
  • Lead AI+ transformation initiatives to automate portfolio management operations and improve decision cycle efficiency.
  • Implement Agile and Lean methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and reduce waste across portfolio teams.
  • Facilitate Portfolio and Value Stream Synchronization meetings to ensure visibility and optimal resource allocation.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 12+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-million dollar technology portfolios in financial services.
  • Must possess deep expertise in Agile and Lean management methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, investment evaluation, and regulatory compliance within ratings agencies or capital markets.
  • Must be proficient in enterprise portfolio management platforms and tools for financial modeling and data visualization like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Must possess exceptional executive communication skills to translate complex technical and financial data into strategic narratives for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must have strong analytical problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous situations and drive consensus among diverse groups.
  • An advanced degree in a related field such as MBA or MS in Finance is preferred.
  • Professional certifications like PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
