What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading teams building and operating highly available, production-grade large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

Demonstrated organizational leadership including defining goals, managing managers, mentoring, and leading cross-org initiatives.
Experience driving modern software development and deployment practices like CI/CD pipelines and release automation for large-scale systems.
Proficiency in cloud architecture, distributed orchestration, and distributed systems.
Skills in executive communication and organizational development.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configuration management (preferred).
