As a Senior Director, Software Development, you will lead a software engineering organization dedicated to designing, developing, deploying, and operating highly available, large-scale distributed services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading teams building and operating highly available, production-grade large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
Experience driving modern software development practices including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment workflows.
Demonstrated organizational leadership including managing managers, mentoring for growth, and leading cross-org initiatives.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configuration management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in cloud architecture, distributed orchestration, and distributed systems.
Strong executive communication and organizational development skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
