As the Senior Director, Software Development, you will lead a software engineering organization within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Networking team. What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading teams building and operating highly available, production-grade large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
Experience driving modern software development practices including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment workflows for large-scale systems.
Demonstrated organizational leadership, including managing managers, mentoring for growth, and leading cross-organization initiatives.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configuration management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in cloud architecture, distributed orchestration, and distributed systems.
Strong skills in executive communication and organizational development.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
