The Senior Director, Software Development joins the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Networking team to lead a software engineering organization. What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading teams building and operating highly available, production-grade large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated organizational leadership, including managing managers, mentoring for growth, and leading cross-org initiatives.
Experience driving modern software development and deployment practices, including CI/CD pipelines and release automation for large-scale distributed systems.
Proficiency in cloud architecture, distributed orchestration, and distributed systems.
Strong executive communication and organizational development skills.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configuration management (preferred).
