What you'll do

  • Lead regional strategy to drive adoption of M365 Copilot across SMB customers.
  • Own end-to-end execution of AI Business Process solution plays for Dynamics 365.
  • Deliver against FY26 AIBS growth aspirations by managing key performance metrics.
  • Ensure excellence in MCEM execution across all sales engines and customer journeys.
  • Build and activate a high-capacity partner ecosystem to scale AI solutions.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing, diverse team skilled in AI and Dynamics 365.

What we're looking for

  • Over 13 years of sales or marketing experience in IT products/services.
  • Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 7 years leading teams and managers in sales organizations.
  • Extensive direct/formal people management experience (7+ years).
  • Deep understanding of local markets, customer acquisition engines, and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to drive AI business solutions growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience scaling partner ecosystems for technology growth and transformation.
