What you'll do

  • Onboard and activate new accounts to accelerate sales growth for 3M brands.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams to support new business development initiatives.
  • Manage sales estimates, MDF, rebates, claims, and travel budgets effectively.
  • Interpret industry trends and customer needs to define sales strategies and methods.

What we're looking for

  • Two years of sales experience in retail, private, public, government or military environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License required for driving company vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive strategy and sales.
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics, e-commerce, and AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and strategic planning abilities.
