Senior Director, Program Management - Data Center Custom Silicon

What you'll do

• Lead the program management organization for complex custom silicon programs serving hyperscale and strategic data center customers.
• Develop and manage Plans of Record including schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Establish a single source of truth for program health across tapeout, bring-up, validation, and production ramp.
• Create executive dashboards to communicate program health, risk management, and resource constraints to senior leadership.
• Translate customer demands into committed scope and execution plans in partnership with engineering, sales, and finance teams.
• Drive disciplined risk management by identifying and escalating schedule, technical, supply, and financial risks early.
• Standardize program management processes, templates, and best practices across the Custom Silicon Group.
• Manage a team of Program Managers to ensure consistent execution discipline and customer readiness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• 20+ years of semiconductor, silicon, hardware, or systems program management experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior program managers or technical leaders.
• Experience with custom silicon, ASIC, SoC, AI accelerator, networking, switch, NIC, or data center infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of the full silicon lifecycle from architecture and design through tapeout, validation, and production ramp.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive dashboards and communicate effectively with C-suite and board-level audiences.
