Senior Director, Technical Program Management

What you'll do

• Oversee the delivery of technical programs while ensuring compliance with security, legal, and accessibility requirements.
• Manage program scope, milestones, and resource forecasting to ensure successful execution of large-scale initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for critical security escalations and operational hurdles.
• Establish global standards for infrastructure transitions, such as moving products to Oracle Cloud.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing automated, scalable workflows.
• Lead high-level negotiations and strategic alignment meetings with executive stakeholders and internal partners.
• Oversee the development of reporting, analytics, and KPIs to monitor program performance against business goals.
• Manage talent development and performance management strategies for the technical program team.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience.
• Must possess high-level knowledge in data center and network infrastructure.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must demonstrate the ability to manage large-scale projects including scope, milestones, and budget oversight.
• Must be able to develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for technical programs.
• Must possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be able to oversee reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Must be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations across the organization.
