The Sr. Director, Program Management -Data Center GPU Validation joins the Graphics Data Center and Accelerated Processing Validation organization. This leader manages program execution for system and platform validation of next-generation AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing products. Key responsibilities include driving readiness across pre-silicon validation, silicon bring-up, system integration, production qualification, and customer deployment. The role requires establishing integrated schedules, milestones, and executive-level dashboards while managing risks across global engineering, validation, and business organizations. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in SoC, server, GPU, platform, and cluster programs to align hardware, firmware, software, networking, and systems. This position solves complex integration challenges for enterprise Data Centers and HPC systems, requiring a deep understanding of silicon, hardware, and large-scale computing infrastructure to deliver high-performance products at scale.
Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for Data Center GPU system and platform validation.
Drive readiness across pre-silicon validation, silicon bring-up, system integration, and production qualification.
Establish integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and executive-level program dashboards.
Identify critical-path risks early and drive cross-functional mitigation, escalation, and decision-making.
Lead program governance and operating rhythms across global engineering, validation, and business organizations.
Ensure clear ownership and accountability for deliverables spanning hardware, firmware, software, networking, and clusters.
Lead readiness reviews and communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior executives.
Build and lead a high-performing global program-management organization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
An advanced degree is preferred.
Extensive program-management experience within the semiconductor, enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing industries (preferred).
Proven success delivering complex SoC, server, GPU, platform, or cluster programs from definition through production (preferred).
Experience with AI/ML accelerators, Data Center GPUs, HPC systems, or large-scale computing infrastructure (preferred).
Strong understanding of silicon, hardware, firmware, software, system, and cluster-level integration (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead large, globally distributed, cross-functional organizations (preferred).
Experience leading Directors, Sr Managers, Senior Program Managers, Managers, and multidisciplinary teams (preferred).
