What you'll do

Direct teams to conduct market research and analysis to align the product portfolio with strategic goals.
Identify and capitalize on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements to shape product direction.
Guide the entire product lifecycle from planning and roadmap evolution to final release.
Establish success criteria and performance metrics, including OKRs and KPIs, for multiple products and features.
Partner with executive stakeholders to define product direction and drive alignment across different lines of business.
Provide strategic oversight for customer advocacy and the resolution of complex, high-stakes customer issues.
Govern go-to-market efforts, including early adopter recruitment, user documentation, and product demonstrations.
Manage large-scale projects by monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery excellence.

Must have 10+ years of experience.
