Senior Director, Product Management

What you'll do

• Architect and execute operational release schedules to ship cross-network capabilities.
• Translate high-level network strategy into a prioritized 3-year technical roadmap and product backlog.
• Author detailed product specifications and feature criteria for core services like unified player identity.
• Lead the integration of Network SDKs into active game-build pipelines for various studios.
• Identify and mitigate technical and dependency risks across the ecosystem to ensure seamless integration.
• Build financial business cases and quantitative reports to secure corporate funding for network projects.
• Manage the production quality and priority of network workstreams to scale platform services.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Product Management, Technical Program/Project Management, or Live-Service Delivery.
• Experience must be within digital platforms, gaming portals, or connected consumer web ecosystems.
• Proven history of combining high-level product strategy with rigorous operational and delivery execution.
• Experience defining and operationally delivering multi-product networks, casual game portals, loyalty programs, or digital communities (preferred).
• Deep understanding of matrixed organizational structures and culture to enable immediate alignment and execution.
• Exceptional ability to build working partnerships and drive complex cross-functional integration schedules through negotiation and trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
