What you'll do

Lead and develop a team of Digital and Technology Product Managers to achieve product goals.
Manage day-to-day activities and resources for the product management team to ensure efficient delivery.
Define and oversee the development of product strategies, roadmaps, and alignment for the portfolio.
Oversee the delivery of platform modernization for Operational Communications Enablement.
Implement data-driven methodologies across multiple channels to optimize user experiences and drive KPIs.
Establish best-in-class practices and tools to collect member feedback and inform product decisions.
Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful feature launches and strategic alignment.
Identify, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with compliance policies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant education and experience.
8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years of experience.
3 years of experience leading direct, matrixed, or cross-functional teams.
Solid business acumen combined with strong technical and customer experience foundations.
Knowledge of technology/digital products, emerging technologies, data analysis, and research techniques.
Ability to work in Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environments.
Knowledge of Experience Design, Human Centered Design, roadmap development, and journey mapping.
Proven experience owning a portfolio of digital products and influencing executive stakeholders (preferred); experience with CCM (preferred).
