What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
Demonstrated experience delivering mission-critical, high-volume financial platforms including payments, transaction processing, and distributed systems.
Extensive experience designing and operating cloud-native applications using microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and container platforms like Kubernetes.
Proven ability to lead large-scale modernization initiatives, legacy transformations, and improvements to developer productivity.
Experience leading teams delivering regulated financial systems with knowledge of technology risk, cybersecurity, audit, and governance.
Experience modernizing payment initiation platforms at global scale (preferred); experience with AWS and large-scale cloud adoption (preferred).
