Senior Director, Head of Service Business Unit

What you'll do

• Define and execute the service product strategy and roadmap to drive profitable revenue growth across the installed base.
• Lead senior managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and portfolio focuses.
• Oversee engineering organizations responsible for designing, developing, and implementing service programs within budget and schedule.
• Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmaps and strategic investment priorities.
• Align product development with customer High-Value Problems (HVPs) and long-range engineering specifications.
• Act as a primary interface between Go-to-Market teams, Business Units, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct executive-level customer engagements and provide strategic oversight for the customer escalation path.
• Deliver performance reviews and state-of-the-business updates to senior leadership across various regions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field is required.
• A Master's or PhD degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering, product management, business strategy, or related leadership roles are required.
• Demonstrated experience leading senior managers and complex, matrixed teams is required.
• Strong combination of technical expertise and business/commercial judgment is required.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product, portfolio, or market strategies in complex environments is required.
• Strong communication and influence skills with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional partners are required.
• Preferred qualifications include expertise in CVD process, advanced semiconductor fabrication, and multi-regional business support.
