Senior Business Director, Product Strategy & Analysis

What you'll do

• Partner with CDX leaders to define and execute business strategies for their respective areas.
• Solve complex strategic questions using a consulting-style model to drive organizational alignment.
• Lead priority strategic initiatives including AI transformation and long-term product innovation.
• Provide analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives to anticipate market trends and headwinds.
• Develop product prototypes in partnership with engineering teams to translate visions into scaled digital experiences.
• Manage and develop a team of strategy and product leaders and individual contributors.
• Establish close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency and quality.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing people management
• At least 3 years of experience performing project management
• Masters Degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in product development (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting (preferred)
