Senior Director Business Systems

What you'll do

• Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps for HR, Contracts, Compliance, and Facilities.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to senior business leaders to align technology capabilities with business priorities.
• Lead the modernization and simplification of the application portfolio to reduce technical debt and complexity.
• Oversee major system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive opportunities for automation, AI, analytics, and self-service to improve business processes and user experience.
• Establish portfolio governance for demand, prioritization, architecture, security, and lifecycle management.
• Manage strategic technology vendors to ensure performance, cost-effectiveness, and accountability.
• Lead portfolio budgeting, forecasting, licensing, and technology investment decisions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years leading teams and/or enterprise programs, including setting strategy, defining metrics, managing budgets, and driving execution.
• Significant progressive experience leading enterprise technology, business applications, or digital platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing complex technology portfolios and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps in partnership with senior business leaders.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, data, security, architecture, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong financial, vendor, portfolio, and people leadership capabilities with excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting HR, Legal, Compliance, or Facilities portfolios and modernizing legacy environments (preferred).
