  • Lead and develop high-performing strategy and sales enablement leaders globally.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in near-term strategy, management consulting, sales, or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong passion for technology with solid understanding of Microsoft’s solution portfolio and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead readiness and enablement efforts that equip field teams for success.
  • Ability to define and execute focused strategies by setting clear priorities and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s sales motions and customer use cases.
