Identify and prioritize high-value end markets, applications, and customer segments for differentiated growth.
Shape the portfolio value proposition and positioning based on performance, quality, and specific customer requirements.
Translate market and technology insights into actionable investment priorities and strategic portfolio plans.
Align innovation pipelines with commercialization plans by partnering with technical and commercial teams.
Monitor portfolio performance and market signals to recommend adjustments for improved growth and profitability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, or science from an accredited institution.
Five or more years of experience in product management, strategy, marketing, business strategy, or R&D in a technical or industrial environment.
Five or more years of experience developing product or portfolio strategies using customer, market, and technology insights.
Strong financial and business acumen including P&L management and performance metric evaluation.
Experience in technical ceramics, advanced materials, specialty materials, or related industrial markets.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and leaders without direct authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Experience in project leadership or leading people in a professional environment.
