What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic customer success.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and relationships.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with influence over non-direct report teams.
  • Experience building partner plans, QBRs, and structured account strategies.
  • Analytical skills using data for risk identification, impact assessment, and action recommendations.
  • Track record of managing multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
