What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of enterprise software leadership in post-sale functions at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Direct leadership experience with professional services and customer success organizations, managing Director-level leaders.
  • Ownership of a combined post-sale P&L exceeding $200M ARR across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to integrate technical and commercial teams under a unified operating model in complex B2B domains.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise retail or grocery technology implementation and scaling challenges.
  • Experience leading solutions architecture, technical account management, and engineering functions.
