Principal Project Controls Lead

What you'll do

• Manage project controls including schedule tracking, milestone reporting, cost forecasting, and risk management for data center delivery.
• Maintain project tools such as action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and health dashboards.
• Identify critical-path risks, procurement gaps, manufacturing bottlenecks, and logistics constraints to ensure project predictability.
• Track performance across supply chain metrics including material availability, supplier status, and manufacturing alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules featuring baseline tracking, variance analysis, and recovery forecasting.
• Monitor cost impacts, budget risks, and potential claims to provide accurate financial narratives.
• Coordinate long-lead procurement and industrial manufacturing processes with site readiness requirements.
• Create executive reports and KPI dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience in project controls, construction delivery, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, supply chain, operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or complex capital delivery programs.
• Proficiency in schedule tracking, milestone management, cost forecasting, risk management, and project reporting.
• Ability to analyze project data to identify trends and provide action-oriented recommendations.
• Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, risk logs, and executive-level reports.
• Strong communication skills to present complex information to stakeholders and leadership.
