Site Deployment Manager E2E (End-to-End)

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional workstreams for new data center sites, expansions, and infrastructure readiness programs.
• Manage project artifacts including deployment plans, risk logs, action registers, and executive status reports.
• Translate technical requirements into field-ready schedules, handoff criteria, and owner-based action plans.
• Resolve deployment blockers related to site access, power, cooling, materials, and safety protocols.
• Validate commissioning evidence and documentation to ensure successful turnover to operations teams.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, network, and security teams to align activities with operational constraints.
• Identify process gaps to improve playbooks, dashboards, and standard deployment routines.
• Mentor project coordinators on deployment discipline and communication standards.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Must have 8+ years of experience in technical project management, site deployment, data center operations, or infrastructure delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, operations, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in data centers, cloud infrastructure, colocation, telecom, or critical facilities (preferred).
• Familiarity with data center power, cooling, network, physical security, and operational procedures (preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, OSHA, commissioning, or construction management certification (preferred).
• Experience with Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, CMMS, DCIM, or other deployment tracking tools (preferred).
