The Senior Director, CGAT Technology Center of Excellence leads the technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for the CGAT organization. Lead the CGAT Technology Center of Excellence by owning the technology strategy, roadmap, and overall performance.

Expand AI across the software development lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and productivity.

What we're looking for
13+ years of technology experience.
6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading large-scale technology organizations, programs, or Centers of Excellence.
Strong strategic planning, executive communication, people leadership, vendor management, and financial management skills.
Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within complex business environments.
Expertise in cloud-native and AI-native product delivery, enterprise transformation, and application modernization across SAP and non-SAP environments (preferred).
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, cell and gene therapy, or regulated supply chain environments (preferred).
