Senior Director, Technology Engineering & Innovation (TE&I) leads the strategy, engineering, operations, and modernization of a global infrastructure ecosystem within the Technology Engineering & Innovation organization. This role is responsible for defining multi-year roadmaps and executing large-scale transformations across enterprise networks, cloud platforms, data center strategy, database services, and infrastructure automation. The successful candidate will manage the Global Network Operations Center while driving initiatives like AI-enabled operations, Infrastructure as Code, Service Reliability Engineering, and DevOps. Key technical domains include cloud-native services, software-defined infrastructure, and predictive analytics to improve service resiliency and performance. The role requires expertise in managing complex infrastructure portfolios, vendor relationships, and global teams to solve problems related to scalability, cost optimization, and technical debt reduction within a high-scale environment focused on delivering reliable, automated, and secure technology platforms for the enterprise.
Define and execute multi-year roadmaps for enterprise networks, cloud platforms, data centers, and database services.
Lead large-scale modernization initiatives focused on cloud transformation, automation at scale, and AI-enabled operations.
Establish modern engineering standards including Infrastructure as Code, Platform Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Manage the Global Network Operations Center to ensure infrastructure health, performance, and reliability.
Identify and operationalize emerging technologies such as AIOps and software-defined infrastructure to create business value.
Build and lead a high-performing global organization by mentoring talent and fostering a culture of accountability.
Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and technology portfolios to optimize spend and ensure scalability.
Partner with cross-functional teams like Cybersecurity and Manufacturing to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure engineering, operations, platform engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
Experience leading large-scale global teams supporting mission-critical environments.
Proven experience developing infrastructure strategy and executing large-scale modernization initiatives.
Deep expertise across enterprise networking, cloud services, data centers, database technologies, infrastructure operations, automation platforms, and reliability engineering.
Strong business acumen, financial management, and vendor management experience.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
Experience leading cloud-first transformation programs, implementing AI-driven capabilities, or working in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
