What you'll do

Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing changes aligned with industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Experience leading performance trend analyses for capacity, temperature, availability, and cleanliness is required.
Ability to manage escalated complex technical issues and implement advanced automation tools is required.
Proficiency in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base is required.
Experience overseeing data center expansion projects, site builds, and infrastructure upgrades is required.
Ability to coordinate moderately complex tasks and manage project timelines for large initiatives is required.
