Senior Data Center Low Voltage Engineer I

What you'll do

• Implement structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.
• Deploy physical plant cabling systems and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues like patch panels and cords.
• Coordinate infrastructure implementation efforts and develop repeatable solutions for continuous improvement of data centers.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure completion of construction goals.
• Create and maintain documentation regarding cabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships by participating in the bidding process and overseeing their progress on site.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing data and escalating critical problems when necessary.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience implementing structured cabling solutions for data center builds and expansions.
• Ability to troubleshoot moderately complex cabling infrastructure connectivity issues including patch panels and cords.
• Ability to coordinate infrastructure implementation efforts and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with vendors for infrastructure build outs and participating in bidding processes.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation on cabling and build standards.
• Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex problems by analyzing data and information.
