What you'll do

Implement structured cabling solutions and physical plant systems for new data center builds and expansions.

Create and maintain technical documentation regarding cabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.
Manage vendor relationships, including participating in the bidding process and overseeing their progress on site.
Develop sustainable and repeatable solutions to improve data center operations and efficiency.
Analyze complex data to identify and resolve technical issues while escalating critical problems as needed.
Mentor junior team members and participate in the candidate interview and selection process.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience implementing structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions is required.
Ability to troubleshoot moderately complex cabling infrastructure connectivity issues including patch panels and patch cords.
Experience coordinating infrastructure implementation efforts and managing project timelines for data centers.
Ability to collaborate with vendors on build outs, bidding processes, and selection.
Ability to develop and maintain documentation for cabling and build standards.
