You will engage with stakeholders to solve problems related to AI initiatives, inference at the edge, and RAG patterns. Candidates should possess a builder mindset and familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Golang to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

What you'll do

Lead technical discovery sessions to identify how customers build products and where Cloudflare fits their workflow.
Partner with sales teams early in the cycle to qualify deals and engage directly with engineering teams.
Map customer business problems and AI initiatives to specific features within the Cloudflare Developer Platform.
Build and maintain technical relationships with key stakeholders ranging from founding engineers to CTOs.
Deliver tailored technical content, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept builds for prospective customers.
Evangelize the full breadth of the Cloudflare Developer Platform as a foundation for building new applications.
Create professional content such as reference architectures, blog posts, and demos to share knowledge with peers.
Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to provide thought leadership on technical topics.

What we're looking for

Must be based in Los Angeles as no relocation is offered.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in a pre-sales or other technical customer-facing role, preferably with startups or cloud-native organizations.
Ability to speak the language of engineers regarding architecture, APIs, and platform design without being a full-time developer.
Proficiency in identifying requirements, conducting technical discovery, and managing proof-of-concept builds.
Experience building web applications or contributing significantly to existing web applications.
Familiarity with scripting/programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Golang, or BASH to read code and build demos.
Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
