What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures tailored to public sector procurement and compliance standards.
Deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) across Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platforms.
Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial onboarding and implementation through long-term adoption and expansion.
Monitor customer health scores and telemetry to resolve integration bottlenecks in municipal and educational infrastructures.
Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on product usage data.
Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives.
Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and sandbox provisioning.

What we're looking for

Proven experience working with or selling into SLED, Local Government, or Municipal agencies.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
Broad technical expertise in web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics.
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate between technical details and executive business strategy.
Experience building, deploying, or architecting solutions using Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem (preferred).
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
