What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures for customers across security, networking, and developer platforms.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to prospective clients.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
Manage long-term technical relationships to ensure alignment between customer goals and the product roadmap.
Meet quota targets for new business acquisition, account growth, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives.
Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and sandbox provisioning.

What we're looking for

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer (preferred).
Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture (preferred).
Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics (preferred).
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate between technical details and C-suite strategy (preferred).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (preferred).
Hands-on experience building or architecting solutions using Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem (preferred).
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
