Senior Creative Technologist, Games GenAI

What you'll do

• Build and iterate on playable game prototypes using GenAI-accelerated workflows to test mechanics and moments.
• Design and prototype pipelines connecting generative AI APIs to DCC tools and engine-side systems.
• Provide hands-on creative guidance on visual style, voice, narrative tone, and sound for in-production projects.
• Translate fuzzy creative intent into precise technical requirements, systems, and documentation for engineering teams.
• Identify and evaluate GenAI tools and pipelines that improve creative quality and iteration speed.
• Provide opinionated creative feedback to external development partners during early prototyping and proof-of-concept phases.
• Run workshops and demos to train other teams on using GenAI tools for creative exploration.
• Assess new GenAI technologies for narrative, procedural design, and audio synthesis through a creative-quality lens.

What we're looking for

• Strong track record as a game director, lead designer, or similarly senior creative role with shipped games.
• Proven experience owning or heavily shaping creative direction including visual style, narrative voice, and sound.
• Hands-on experience building game experiences using GenAI models and technologies to prototype mechanics, content, or systems.
• Hands-on comfort building rapid prototypes using agentic coding tools, engine scripting, or no-code/low-code tools.
• Demonstrated ability to identify what is fun and make creative judgment calls to improve prototypes or products.
• Experience directing across multiple creative disciplines simultaneously to synthesize a coherent vision under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate creative feedback to cross-functional teams like engineers, artists, and producers.
• Experience working with external studios as a creative partner or reviewer (preferred).
