Senior Program Manager, Gen AI - Games

What you'll do

• Support product engineering workstreams through detailed milestone planning, agile processes, and tracking deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with engineering, platform, and studio teams to align on priorities and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities for GenAI adoption and define specific customizations, learning materials, and program plans.
• Create and deliver regular training and communication materials to support tool adoption across the organization.
• Produce custom AI skills and tools to support specific workflows and tasks across different functions.
• Analyze usage metrics and engagement data to formulate recommendations and define KPIs for the GenAI program.
• Identify tangible opportunities for GenAI to accelerate game development through stakeholder interviews and technical workshops.
• Manage external vendors by shaping project proposals and overseeing deliverables against defined scope of work.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in program management and/or product management focused on technology portfolios.
• 5+ years of experience in the games industry.
• Experience in product management identifying user needs, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and running development workstreams.
• Experience in games industry partner engagements or business development, including defining projects, SOWs, and overseeing project deliveries.
• Experience managing technical vendor engagements, including defining scope of work, staffing plans, and tracking performance against SOW terms.
• Strong hands-on experience working with AI technologies such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, and M365 Copilot.
• Proven ability to design and implement tool adoption frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits from the ground up.
• Experience with GenAI tools and intelligent automation platforms (preferred).
