What you'll do

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in user experience design or a similar role focused on digital products and services.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, VS Code, modern front-end frameworks, and AI coding tools.
- Experience building and scaling design systems as coded infrastructure with multi-team adoption.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents, automations, or AI-augmented tooling into real workflows.
- Production-level front-end engineering skills including token-based systems, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Experience in the technology industry in a dedicated design, engineering, or hybrid role.
- Experience at a financial services firm or regulated environment designing AI-powered internal tools (preferred).
- Experience leading training sessions, workshops, or change management initiatives with measurable outcomes (preferred).
