What you'll do

Serve as the technical owner for manufacturing floor control systems from architecture through commissioning.
Develop and program PLC systems using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
Build and harden OT/IT automation infrastructure to ensure continuous production operations.
Develop Ignition SCADA systems including gateway modules for historian, alarm, and communication protocols.
Manage the OT stack including MQTT, OPC UA, industrial Ethernet, and packet-level analysis.
Implement OT cybersecurity measures such as network segmentation, server hardening, and secure remote access.
Integrate manufacturing control systems with MES and QMS platforms.
Lead cross-functional design reviews and cybersecurity buy-offs for production systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Strong PLC programming skills on Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens platforms.
Proficiency in Ignition SCADA development, including gateway modules like Tag Historian, Alarm Notification, SQL, OPC UA, and MQTT.
Proficiency across the OT stack, including MQTT, OPC UA, TCP/IP, industrial Ethernet, VLANs, switching, and routing.
Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity, including air-gapped networks, network segmentation, server hardening, and secure remote access.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
