What you'll do

Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for high-volume manufacturing production equipment.
Write and debug structured, documented, and maintainable Siemens PLC code in Ladder and Structured Text.
Integrate FactoryOS software into automation equipment and production lines.
Install, configure, and tune servo drives and VFDs.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures to ensure long-term reliability.
Perform risk assessments and control safety designs following internal standards and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot electrical components and manage circuit protection, wire sizing, and heat management in control cabinets.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming using Ladder and Structured Text.
Proficiency in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, STO/SS, and pneumatic concepts.
Knowledge of Ethernet-based communication protocols such as ProfiNET, ProfiSAFE, and Ethernet IP.
Experience with electrical component selection, wire sizing, circuit protection, heat management, and NFPA70e safety practices.
Experience integrating with SCADA, OT Networking, Risk Assessments, and Controls Safety Design.
Active U.S. Government SECRET security clearance and must be a U.S. Person for export control access.
4+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment (preferred).
Experience with control panel layout, electrical component selection, cable routing, and high-voltage troubleshooting (preferred).
Experience with SCADA platforms like Ignition, including Perspective and tag historian configuration (preferred).
Active U.S. Government TOP SECRET security clearance (preferred).
