What you'll do

Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for high-volume manufacturing production equipment.
Architect, write, and debug structured Siemens PLC code in Ladder and Structured Text.
Integrate internal and external FactoryOS software into automation equipment and production lines.
Install, configure, and tune servo drives and VFDs including PID tuning.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures to ensure reliability.
Establish and enforce internal standards for control system architectures and safety compliance.
Perform electrical troubleshooting and manage component selection for control cabinets.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
4+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Expert proficiency in Siemens PLC programming using Ladder and Structured Text.
Proficiency in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, and ethernet-based communication protocols.
Experience with electrical component selection, wire sizing, circuit protection, heat management, and pneumatic design.
Experience with SCADA integration, OT Networking, Risk Assessments, and NFPA70e safety practices.
Active U.S. Government SECRET security clearance.
Must be a U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information or facilities.
