What you'll do

Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for high-volume production equipment.
Architect, write, and debug structured Siemens PLC code for manufacturing applications.
Integrate internal and external FactoryOS software into production lines and automation equipment.
Install, configure, and tune servo drives and VFDs.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures to ensure reliability.
Generate and enforce internal standards for control architectures, regulatory compliance, and safety buyoffs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform electrical troubleshooting up to 600VAC.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
4+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Expert in Siemens PLC programming using Ladder and Structured Text.
Proficient in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, and STO/SS.
Strong knowledge of ethernet based communication protocols including ProfiNET, ProfiSAFE, and Ethernet IP.
Proficient with electrical component selection, wire sizing, circuit protection, and heat management.
Experience integrating with SCADA, OT Networking, and performing Risk Assessments and Controls Safety Design.
U.S. citizenship is required.
