Senior Cloud Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Deliver proactive technical advisory engagements and production incident responses for enterprise customers.
• Develop long-term plans for cloud-native modernization, Azure adoption, and operational maturity.
• Identify opportunities to improve workload reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency across the Azure ecosystem.
• Use telemetry and diagnostic data to perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable remediation.
• Coordinate with support and engineering teams to resolve complex production incidents and remove escalation barriers.
• Convert incident learnings into reusable guidance, automation, and blameless post-incident improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide rapid diagnosis and mitigation for high-severity incidents.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other required security screenings.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies with a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies with a Master's degree (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or on technical projects (preferred).
• Technical certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Azure AI services or generative AI applications (preferred).
• Proficiency with cloud-native tools, automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform), and distributed systems troubleshooting (preferred).
