Senior Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for ERP and enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy application enhancements and custom tools to extend system functionality.
• Analyze and resolve complex ERP issues by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between systems using SSIS, FTP, PowerShell, and SQL Server Agent.
• Install, upgrade, and patch enterprise software in compliance with SOX and IT governance standards.
• Manage production, development, testing, and training environments while enforcing security policies.
• Mentor peers in T-SQL coding, ERP support techniques, and application development best practices.
• Lead small to medium IT projects and manage deliverables through to completion.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 6+ years of professional IT and Information Systems experience are required.
• Experience supporting and enhancing ERP systems is required, with 2020 Insight experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL development including performance tuning and complex query design is required.
• Experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 is required.
• Ability to develop custom applications, user interfaces, system interfaces, or automation scripts to extend ERP functionality is required.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments is required.
