Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Conduct expert-level all-source analysis using structured techniques to produce defensible intelligence assessments and recommendations.
• Analyze complex datasets and reporting streams to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and intelligence gaps.
• Translate mission questions into specific data requirements, analytic workflows, and technical use cases for engineering teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise to guide the design and refinement of data models and AI-enabled tools.
• Evaluate outputs from automated systems and AI tools for accuracy, explainability, and mission relevance.
• Develop hybrid methodologies that combine traditional intelligence tradecraft with automated discovery and knowledge management.
• Identify collection shortfalls and data quality issues that impact the reliability of analytic products.
• Produce written assessments, briefings, and decision-support products tailored to various operational stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be willing to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Must have 10 or more years of related experience.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must demonstrate expert-level all-source analysis skills in intelligence, defense, or national security environments.
• Must possess strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including source evaluation and structured analytic techniques.
• Must be able to translate mission questions into data requirements for technical teams and developers.
• TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
